1. In an unlikely event of any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective upon delivery, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund.Please note we shall not entertain any request after 7 days from delivery of the product. Any returns through courier must be accompanied by the original invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice. We shall process the refund, subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ refund may not be possible.
2. In case you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges.
3. After the merchandise is received by Pcjeweller, Subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products ,we shall process a refund within 7 business / working days of receipt of the product/s.
4. Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder’s debit /credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s debit / credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s debit / credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
There may be certain orders that we might be unable to accept due to
certain reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at
our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being
canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy

The Seller P. Chand Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. sells and provides its Product(s) and services subject to the following Agreement (defined hereinafter). By accessing, viewing, or using this Website, you (the Customer) acknowledge, declare, confirm and represent & warrant to the Seller that you have read and understood this Agreement and accept this Agreement and its terms & conditions and provisions as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding on you (the Customer) and you (the Customer) agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is effective immediately upon your accessing, viewing, or using this Website.
The Seller P. Chand Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change this Agreement or any of its terms & conditions and provisions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this Website.

(a) That the Customer is an individual Eighteen (18) years or above as on date of placing the order and in any event is older than any age of majority prescribed by laws of India as well as the laws of his/her own country.
(b) That the Customer is an individual who: (i) has full capacity to contract under laws of India as well as his/her own country's law, and (ii) is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts as the contract of sale is made in India (and in all events the contract of sale is deemed to be made in India).
(c) That the Customer is not under any legal or other disability which prevents/may prevent Customer from: (i) entering into a valid contract under Indian laws as well as his/her own country's law and (ii) making valid payment to the Seller for Products ordered by Customer.
(d) That the Credit card and details thereof being furnished and used for payment to the Seller are Customer's own credit card and details thereof and the Customer has full right & authority to validly use such Credit Card for making payment to the Seller.
(e) That there is no fact in existence or a fact which could imminently come into existence which prevents or would prevent the Customer from making payment to Seller for the Product ordered by Customer.
(f) That the Customer is fully satisfied with the description, look, design and artistic work of the Product as has been displayed on the Seller's Website and that the Customer shall not be entitled to return the Product or demand repair/replacement on any grounds whatsoever, and
(g) That the Customer shall at all times strictly comply with the Ordering Procedure and Payment Procedure and all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Payment procedure may call for and require additional verification of or information from the Customer and the Customer undertakes to provide complete, correct and proper information.

This Agreement, and all transactions taking place by virtue of this present agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of India which shall be applicable to this Agreement without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
The Parties agree that in the event of any dispute or difference between the Parties as to: (a) the effect, interpretation, application or implementation of this Agreement, or (b) their rights, duties or liabilities hereunder, or (c) as to any act, matter or thing arising out of, consequent to, in connection with, in respect of or relating to transactions under this Agreement, then such dispute or difference shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi and Courts subordinate to it at Delhi to the exclusion of all other courts, and the parties shall seek and enforce all and any redressal, rights, remedies and reliefs only through the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi and Courts subordinate to it at Delhi to the exclusion of all other courts. Furthermore, in the event of Customer(s) seeks any redressal, rights, remedy or relief on any grounds under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (including amendments thereof) then the Customer(s) shall seek and enforce all and any such redressal, rights, remedies and reliefs only through the consumer fora at Delhi city which alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of all other consumer fora.
Any failure, delay or forbearance on the part of the Seller in: (i) exercising any right, power or privilege under this Agreement or (ii) enforcing terms of this Agreement, shall not operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by the Seller of any right, power or privilege preclude any other future exercise or enforcement thereof.
The Parties hereto agree that each of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be severable, and the unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision(s) or of the remainder of this Agreement.
The Seller makes no representation that materials in this Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where any of the contents of this Website are illegal is prohibited. Further, the Seller makes no representation that the Product(s) and services available for sale or use on this Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and use or purchase of such products or services from territories where such purchase or use is illegal is prohibited. If the Customer chooses to access or make purchases from this Website from other locations, he does so on his own volition and is responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If due to force majeure or any contingency beyond its control, the performance of obligations of the Seller is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with, there shall be no liability for non-performance. Such contingencies shall include (being by way of example but not limitation) fire, explosion, lightning, flood, subsidence, earthquake, natural calamities, epidemic, act of god, war, insurrection or civil disorder, riots, acts of terrorism, armed conflict, blockade, sanctions, war or military operations, national or local emergency, action of any municipal authority/ utility provider, governmental order or regulation, acts or omissions of government, strikes or other concerted acts of workers, industrial disputes of any kind, or any other act or event whether dissimilar or similar outside Seller's control . The obligation to perform shall arise again, immediately upon the termination or moderation of the contingency, so that performance is no longer prevented, restricted or interfered with. Any suspension of performance shall be effective from the date the contingencies giving rise to it, first arose or accrued. If there is any suspension of performance by reason this Clause hereinabove, the Parties shall endeavour to find alternative means of remedying the same. If it cannot be remedied within ninety (90) days, then either Party may give written notice to terminate this Agreement.
Seller's entire liability (including any liability for the act and omission of its employees, agents or sub contractors) to the Customer in respect of any breach of its obligations arising hereunder, or of any representation, statement, tortious act, or omission, including negligence or deficiency of service or goods arising under this Agreement, or breach of any or all warranties given in this Agreement or in respect of all claims, proceedings, damage, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, charges, expenses (including without limitation court fees, litigation expenses and attorney's fees) or any consequences or damages whenever arising shall be limited in total (no matter how many claims are made, or whatever the basis of such claims) to the replacement of the Product(s), or at Seller's discretion, repayment of the price of the Product(s) purchased by Customer and out of which particular Product(s) the Sellers liability arose.
Warning: The Seller shall take appropriate legal action and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any violation of the following Clause. The Seller prohibits the use of its trademarked names in metatags and/or hidden text. The use of trademarked names in metatag keywords amounts to trademark infringement, and the use of trademarked terms in page text, metatags, and/or hidden text for purposes of gaining higher rankings from search engines is unfair competition. (b) That the Customer is an individual who: (i) has full capacity to contract under laws of India as well as his/her own country's law, and (ii) is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts as the contract of sale is made in India (and in all events the contract of sale is deemed to be made in India).
(c) That the Customer is not under any legal or other disability which prevents/may prevent Customer from: (i) entering into a valid contract under Indian laws as well as his/her own country's law and (ii) making valid payment to the Seller for Products ordered by Customer.

Without prejudice to and in addition to any other remedies, reliefs or legal recourses available to the Seller whether under this Agreement or otherwise, the Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Seller and its affiliates, and all of their employees, agents, officers, directors, proprietors, partners, representatives, shareholders, servants, attorneys, accountants, predecessors, successors, and assigns, at all times, from, against and in respect of all claims, proceedings, damage, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, charges, expenses (including without limitation court fees, litigation expenses and attorney's fees) or any consequences whenever arising, which the Seller and/or its affiliates, their employees, agents, officers, directors, proprietors, partners, representatives, shareholders, servants, attorneys, accountants, predecessors, successors, and assigns, may endure, suffer or incur in connection with, consequent to, relatable to or attributable to or arising directly or indirectly from any one or more of the following : (a) Customer's use of this Website, or (b) any breach, default, contravention, non-observance, non-performance by Customer of any of the representations, warranties, covenants, undertakings, promises, declarations and obligations of the Customer contained in this Agreement or any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, or (c) any representations, warranties, confirmations or declarations made by the Customer under this Agreement are found to be untrue, partly true or misleading or (d) any demur, delay, default or failure on the part of the Customer to forthwith make payment for the Product(s) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or (e) any reversal or withholding of payment by the Customer or by any other person or entity under Customer's instructions.
That for all intents and purposes singular includes plural and masculine gender includes the feminine gender. This Agreement is written in English and the official language of this Agreement and all correspondence concerning it shall be in English.
This Agreement, and all transactions taking place by virtue of this present agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of India which shall be applicable to this Agreement without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
The Parties agree that in the event of any dispute or difference between the Parties as to: (a) the effect, interpretation, application or implementation of this Agreement, or (b) their rights, duties or liabilities hereunder, or (c) as to any act, matter or thing arising out of, consequent to, in connection with, in respect of or relating to transactions under this Agreement, then such dispute or difference shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi and Courts subordinate to it at Delhi to the exclusion of all other courts, and the parties shall seek and enforce all and any redressal, rights, remedies and reliefs only through the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi and Courts subordinate to it at Delhi to the exclusion of all other courts. Furthermore, in the event of Customer(s) seeks any redressal, rights, remedy or relief on any grounds under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (including amendments thereof) then the Customer(s) shall seek and enforce all and any such redressal, rights, remedies and reliefs only through the consumer fora at Delhi city which alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of all other consumer fora.
Any failure, delay or forbearance on the part of the Seller in: (i) exercising any right, power or privilege under this Agreement or (ii) enforcing terms of this Agreement, shall not operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by the Seller of any right, power or privilege preclude any other future exercise or enforcement thereof.
The Parties hereto agree that each of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be severable, and the unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision(s) or of the remainder of this Agreement.
The Seller makes no representation that materials in this Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where any of the contents of this Website are illegal is prohibited. Further, the Seller makes no representation that the Product(s) and services available for sale or use on this Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and use or purchase of such products or services from territories where such purchase or use is illegal is prohibited. If the Customer chooses to access or make purchases from this Website from other locations, he does so on his own volition and is responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If due to force majeure or any contingency beyond its control, the performance of obligations of the Seller is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with, there shall be no liability for non-performance. Such contingencies shall include (being by way of example but not limitation) fire, explosion, lightning, flood, subsidence, earthquake, natural calamities, epidemic, act of god, war, insurrection or civil disorder, riots, acts of terrorism, armed conflict, blockade, sanctions, war or military operations, national or local emergency, action of any municipal authority/ utility provider, governmental order or regulation, acts or omissions of government, strikes or other concerted acts of workers, industrial disputes of any kind, or any other act or event whether dissimilar or similar outside Seller's control . The obligation to perform shall arise again, immediately upon the termination or moderation of the contingency, so that performance is no longer prevented, restricted or interfered with. Any suspension of performance shall be effective from the date the contingencies giving rise to it, first arose or accrued. If there is any suspension of performance by reason this Clause hereinabove, the Parties shall endeavour to find alternative means of remedying the same. If it cannot be remedied within ninety (90) days, then either Party may give written notice to terminate this Agreement.
Seller's entire liability (including any liability for the act and omission of its employees, agents or sub contractors) to the Customer in respect of any breach of its obligations arising hereunder, or of any representation, statement, tortious act, or omission, including negligence or deficiency of service or goods arising under this Agreement, or breach of any or all warranties given in this Agreement or in respect of all claims, proceedings, damage, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, charges, expenses (including without limitation court fees, litigation expenses and attorney's fees) or any consequences or damages whenever arising shall be limited in total (no matter how many claims are made, or whatever the basis of such claims) to the replacement of the Product(s), or at Seller's discretion, repayment of the price of the Product(s) purchased by Customer and out of which particular Product(s) the Sellers liability arose.
Warning: The Seller shall take appropriate legal action and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any violation of the following Clause. The Seller prohibits the use of its trademarked names in metatags and/or hidden text. The use of trademarked names in metatag keywords amounts to trademark infringement, and the use of trademarked terms in page text, metatags, and/or hidden text for purposes of gaining higher rankings from search engines is unfair competition. The Customer covenants with the Seller that the Customer shall at all times comply with and fulfil all the requirements of this Agreement. Without prejudice to and in addition to any other remedies, reliefs or legal recourses available to the Seller whether under this Agreement or otherwise, the Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Seller and its affiliates, and all of their employees, agents, officers, directors, proprietors, partners, representatives, shareholders, servants, attorneys, accountants, predecessors, successors, and assigns, at all times, from, against and in respect of all claims, proceedings, damage, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, charges, expenses (including without limitation court fees, litigation expenses and attorney's fees) or any consequences whenever arising, which the Seller and/or its affiliates, their employees, agents, officers, directors, proprietors, partners, representatives, shareholders, servants, attorneys, accountants, predecessors, successors, and assigns, may endure, suffer or incur in connection with, consequent to, relatable to or attributable to or arising directly or indirectly from any one or more of the following : (a) Customer's use of this Website, or (b) any breach, default, contravention, non-observance, non-performance by Customer of any of the representations, warranties, covenants, undertakings, promises, declarations and obligations of the Customer contained in this Agreement or any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, or (c) any representations, warranties, confirmations or declarations made by the Customer under this Agreement are found to be untrue, partly true or misleading or (d) any demur, delay, default or failure on the part of the Customer to forthwith make payment for the Product(s) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or (e) any reversal or withholding of payment by the Customer or by any other person or entity under Customer's instructions.
That for all intents and purposes singular includes plural and masculine gender includes the feminine gender. This Agreement is written in English and the official language of this Agreement and all correspondence concerning it shall be in English.
This Agreement, and all transactions taking place by virtue of this present agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of India which shall be applicable to this Agreement without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
The Parties agree that in the event of any dispute or difference between the Parties as to: (a) the effect, interpretation, application or implementation of this Agreement, or (b) their rights, duties or liabilities hereunder, or (c) as to any act, matter or thing arising out of, consequent to, in connection with, in respect of or relating to transactions under this Agreement, then such dispute or difference shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi and Courts subordinate to it at Delhi to the exclusion of all other courts, and the parties shall seek and enforce all and any redressal, rights, remedies and reliefs only through the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi and Courts subordinate to it at Delhi to the exclusion of all other courts. Furthermore, in the event of Customer(s) seeks any redressal, rights, remedy or relief on any grounds under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (including amendments thereof) then the Customer(s) shall seek and enforce all and any such redressal, rights, remedies and reliefs only through the consumer fora at Delhi city which alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of all other consumer fora.
Any failure, delay or forbearance on the part of the Seller in: (i) exercising any right, power or privilege under this Agreement or (ii) enforcing terms of this Agreement, shall not operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by the Seller of any right, power or privilege preclude any other future exercise or enforcement thereof.
The Parties hereto agree that each of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be severable, and the unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision(s) or of the remainder of this Agreement.
The Seller makes no representation that materials in this Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where any of the contents of this Website are illegal is prohibited. Further, the Seller makes no representation that the Product(s) and services available for sale or use on this Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and use or purchase of such products or services from territories where such purchase or use is illegal is prohibited. If the Customer chooses to access or make purchases from this Website from other locations, he does so on his own volition and is responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If due to force majeure or any contingency beyond its control, the performance of obligations of the Seller is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with, there shall be no liability for non-performance. Such contingencies shall include (being by way of example but not limitation) fire, explosion, lightning, flood, subsidence, earthquake, natural calamities, epidemic, act of god, war, insurrection or civil disorder, riots, acts of terrorism, armed conflict, blockade, sanctions, war or military operations, national or local emergency, action of any municipal authority/ utility provider, governmental order or regulation, acts or omissions of government, strikes or other concerted acts of workers, industrial disputes of any kind, or any other act or event whether dissimilar or similar outside Seller's control . The obligation to perform shall arise again, immediately upon the termination or moderation of the contingency, so that performance is no longer prevented, restricted or interfered with. Any suspension of performance shall be effective from the date the contingencies giving rise to it, first arose or accrued. If there is any suspension of performance by reason this Clause hereinabove, the Parties shall endeavour to find alternative means of remedying the same. If it cannot be remedied within ninety (90) days, then either Party may give written notice to terminate this Agreement.
Seller's entire liability (including any liability for the act and omission of its employees, agents or sub contractors) to the Customer in respect of any breach of its obligations arising hereunder, or of any representation, statement, tortious act, or omission, including negligence or deficiency of service or goods arising under this Agreement, or breach of any or all warranties given in this Agreement or in respect of all claims, proceedings, damage, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, charges, expenses (including without limitation court fees, litigation expenses and attorney's fees) or any consequences or damages whenever arising shall be limited in total (no matter how many claims are made, or whatever the basis of such claims) to the replacement of the Product(s), or at Seller's discretion, repayment of the price of the Product(s) purchased by Customer and out of which particular Product(s) the Sellers liability arose.
Warning: The Seller shall take appropriate legal action and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any violation of the following Clause. The Seller prohibits the use of its trademarked names in metatags and/or hidden text. The use of trademarked names in metatag keywords amounts to trademark infringement, and the use of trademarked terms in page text, metatags, and/or hidden text for purposes of gaining higher rankings from search engines is unfair competition. The Seller prohibits the following
(a) linking to this Website and its web page(s) without prior written consent of the Seller and/or
(b) framing this Website and its web page(s) with links, advertisements and/or other information not originating from this Website.
